Each module features 3 to 5 hours of recorded transmission to study, followed by a monthly 3-hour live call with Rita. We encourage live participation but it is also not compulsory, all recordings be promptly updated and made accessible inside the members area.

Activation Meditation. Note that these sessions were initially hosted live but are also on-going no. This self-paced program allows you to work through each module at your own speed, as it serves as the foundation for a lifetime of study and growth.

Upon joining the program, you will gain access to additional reading and viewing materials to enrich your learning experience. This foundational study will be followed by further training offerings from Rita, starting in 2024.

This training will give you a strong foundation to engage with your body temple and journey within through a series of ceremonial work. Grounded, intuitive, and natural, you will learn about your Etheric Field and become aware of the breakages in your energy fields caused by trauma, grief, and depression.
