Begin by holding the pendulum still, allowing your breath to soften.

Come into stillness. Opening the Axis Mundi, your alignment from the base of your spine anchored into the earth to the crown of your heads.

Immediately you will notice a magnetic plugged in connection. holding the pendant in one your preferred hand, open your other hand, facing upward.

Palms: Move the pendulum toward the center of your palm. The palms are major vortices where chi enters and exits the body. The pendulum will often respond with rotation or gentle oscillation.
