What Inspired Me To Offer This Training?

In December 2021, during the solstice, I was in meditation, in a sacred space. I felt a profound sense of knocking at my door, almost as if I were being warned. It felt as if I were about to leave my body. What was I leaving behind? Little did I know at that moment that I was on the onset of breast cancer. This challenging experience became a beautiful part of my shamanic training as I deepened my connection with my own body.

The realisation struck me: I have been so blessed in this life with a rich, mixed heritage. From the Veda’s to Christianity, I carry a deep recognition and remembrance of my Tibetan lineage from previous lives. I've had profound experiences and recognitions from the Tibetans in this life, coupled with 20 years of work with plant medicines. These medicines are supporting humanity's awakening, bypassing any single lineage, and helping us connect rapidly to the light of our spirit. This is the essence of ageless wisdom and esoteric psychology.

I feel deeply committed to and proficient at showing the correlations and holding space for people's self-realization. This journey has inspired me to make the most of my time on this earth, recognizing that it has taken me many lifetimes to prepare for this moment. Humanity is experiencing a quantum shift, a deep spiritual awakening that is unprecedented.

I am here to support and hold a container where people can feel safe, understood, and not alone. This training does not follow one system, guru, or lineage. It is an eclectic training that covers many levels of consciousness very quickly. I am inspired not to waste this life's opportunity and to honor all my previous lifetimes that have led to this moment.

One of the things that inspired me to offer this shamanic ageless wisdom training is observing the last 20 years' desire in humanity to sit in ceremonial space. This is influenced by a ray quality coming from the seventh solar Lord, activating humanity's Sacral Chakra to bring us into cosmic divine order and ceremonial white magic.

Over the years, I've seen people from many traditions worldwide come together in sacred space, meditating, and praying around one altar. This includes people of all nations, different religious beliefs, and even those unsure of their beliefs. As we deepen into the Age of Aquarius, I've noticed a lot of misinformation and confusion. It requires a great deal of discernment and discrimination not to be misled.

During this psychedelic Renaissance, people are opening themselves to inner planes without knowing where they're going or what they're opening up to. I realized I had a responsibility to share ancient ageless wisdom principles in new language, helping people understand different realms of consciousness, the Bardo realms, and the elements from an esoteric, non-dualistic perspective. This approach is more spacious, non-judgmental, and expands consciousness.

As a grandmother, I feel a profound responsibility to do this before I leave my body. I have a unique perspective on the psychedelic realms and how to guide people in their inner journeys. This practice is profound, but it is also a great responsibility.

    Activation Meditation. Note that these sessions were initially hosted live but are also on-going no. This self-paced program allows you to work through each module at your own speed, as it serves as the foundation for a lifetime of study and growth.

    There is no obligation to join the live call but is is often recognised to be an aspect of this study that people look forward to, where you connect live with Rita. Those that cant make it, will find the recording inside the members area within 48 hours alongside all past Live Sessions.

    Is there a timeframe this should be completed within?

    The study is self paced and we have new members that join each month, this is one of the reasons we will always continue offer a live session each month - so everyone has an opportunity to connect with Rita, to share there feedback, ask questions etc.

  • I'd like to share what it means to walk the beauty way. The beauty way is a commitment to the law of harmlessness, which is not easy but essential for the peacekeepers of this earth. This ancient teaching, coming from the source of creation and master plant teachers, helps us connect with our God consciousness—the highest frequency and aspect of our understanding.

    Walking the beauty way means becoming hollow, like a flute, to be moved by the DAO and align ourselves with the source of creation. This source radiates love, light, and wisdom, animating every plant, tree, bird, leaf, human, child, vegetable, and fruit. When we connect with this omnipresent consciousness within our being, we meet the Great Spirit within us and experience it in everything. This realization brings purpose and service to humanity, a concept known as Maha Mudra in the Vedas and Dharmakaya in Tibetan Buddhism. It's about clear, non-dualistic thinking beyond judgment of good and bad, which is crucial as we strive to overcome separation.

  • We are essentially designed as solar beings. Everything in nature grows in alignment with the heart of the sun—not just the physical sun, but the central spiritual sun that exists behind it.

    Think of a seed deep in the earth, growing toward the light. Flowers open in response to the sun's light, and even a plant on your windowsill gravitates toward it. Similarly, we are all oriented toward this light. Our chakras and energy systems are designed to align with the light of the sun.

    Understanding the law of initiation involves knowing how our chakras connect. For example, the sacral chakra is oriented to the throat chakra, the solar plexus to the heart center, and the crown chakra to the base center. This alignment allows us to achieve still conscious awareness, connected to the heart of the spiritual sun.

    Each chakra can be in one of three states: radiating light when aligned with the source, stagnant and dull when in inertia, or rotating anti-clockwise when disconnected from the light. This misalignment, known as the lunar principle, results in taking energy from others, manifesting as control dramas like self-pity or intimidation.

    If you subconsciously run a self-pity program inherited from your parents, feeling like a victim, your chakras may rotate anti-clockwise, drawing energy from others. This is cosmic law. Our evolution involves transforming these control dramas by bringing loving kindness and awareness to them. This transformation makes you radiant, like a mini sun, bringing warmth, love, and light to your community.

  • I’d like to share a little understanding from the ageless wisdom perspective on the difference between your soul and your spirit. In relation to different planes of consciousness, your soul is a very different entity than the light of your spirit. Your soul is the electric fire generated from all your good deeds, words, actions, selfless service, right intentions, and sacrifices.

    In the Buddhist tradition, this can be seen as the cultivation of bodhichitta—love in action, and wisdom. It's the love and wisdom that come through you, generated over all your lifetimes. The soul is extraordinary; its purpose is to evolve to the point where the light of our soul animates our personality and ego mind. This unification is referred to in the Bible as the marriage of the bride and the Christ in Revelations, symbolizing the integration of the soul in matter. The soul lives in the Causal Ocean, a plane of consciousness where each soul has a unique geometry stored as electric fire.

    For those who have glimpsed geometric patterns during spiritual journeys, this is often the light of the soul in the plane of soul consciousness.

    Your spirit, however, is made of cosmic fire. It isn’t something you cultivate; it is a fragment of God’s consciousness, the seed of your creation. It resides in the plane of cosmic fire, also known as the monadic plane, representing the permanent atom of you. The whole of your evolution is to build your body strong enough to eventually hold the voltage of this cosmic fire, the light of your primordial, stainless purity that is unified with the omnipresence. This cosmic fire is in constant sacred union with the polarity of you—your masculine or feminine aspect, depending on your gender—representing the wholeness of you.

    This longing for union in our being and body is the point of our evolution. The difference between your soul and your spirit is that your spirit is the permanent atom, the monadic flame, whereas your soul is cultivated through your good deeds, words, and actions.

    In the training, we delve deeper into how the light of everything you generate in your life is absorbed into the light of your soul and extracted. It’s fascinating how we are designed—how incredible, auspicious, and blessed we are that nothing is ever wasted.
