Softness, Sensuality,
Intuition & Truth.
13th - 15th NOVEMBER, 2026
A Personal Inivtation
I am feeling called by the Great Mother, once again, to hold a tender, sacred, nurturing, intimate space for you, my sisters, to come and gather in November. The invitation is for you to bring the places that you may have buried disappointment into a circle of loving awareness. 5 years ago, when I accepted that I had to have a mastectomy and lose my beautiful right breast, my breast that had been so benevolent, feeding all 4 of my children across 8 years, I knew I had to journey into this part of me to understand exactly why, from an emotional level, I had manifested Cancer from an esoteric and shamanic perspective.
What was revealed, as I journeyed within to my breast, was that I had consistently tucked away disappointment into this part of my body, into my right breast, for many years. As you can imagine, it was a deep journey that unravelled so much that I had hidden from myself. I would love to share more about this process and hold space, a safe container, for you to unravel what you have buried in your body that needs the light of awareness to bring healing, whether this is mental, emotional or physical disturbances that block your flow and true essence being expressed.
So I am delighted to share my inspiration for a very new design for this retreat. I intend to work with pristine gentleness, making space for deep sharing, transmissions and somatic healing practices. We will call upon the teachings of Santa Maria, Cacao and Blue Lotus for the first night’s work in Ceremony, making room to express joy, to dance also, and go to bed at a sensible time.
As part of this retreat, we will work with our womb spaces and the gift of allowing love, and to open and activate the fountain of prosperity from within. We will get to be creative and make a very precious offering together. So, if you are feeling called to join myself and a selection of beautiful and profound women, whom I respect as musicians and space holders.
With tenderness, reverence, and deep care, this retreat opens a sanctuary for women to soften beyond the roles they have carried for so long. A space to exhale the weight of constant holding, striving, and protecting, and to return instead to the wisdom of the feminine heart. Here, through ceremony, discourse, music, prayer, and sisterhood, women are guided back toward their own inner sweetness, intuition, sensuality, and truth.
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for women of every age who long to reconnect with themselves in a deeply supportive and nurturing environment. It is for women navigating change, loss, menopause, illness, relationship transitions, motherhood, spiritual awakening, or simply a quiet sense that life is asking something new of them.
It is for women who have spent many years caring for others and now recognise that their own hearts also deserve tenderness. For those who long to slow down, to be deeply listened to, and to remember what it feels like to simply be, rather than constantly do. No previous experience of meditation, ceremony or spiritual practice is needed. Only a willingness to arrive exactly as you are. You will be welcomed with warmth, held with compassion, and invited to remember the wisdom, strength and beauty that have always lived within you.
A place to come home to.
There is something profoundly healing that happens when women gather together in a space of genuine safety, tenderness and authenticity. As we begin to slow down, something ancient awakens. We recognise ourselves in one another's stories. We realise we are not alone in our struggles, our longing, our grief, our strength or our love.
Without judgement, without fixing one another, and without needing to perform, a quiet remembering begins. This retreat offers a sacred sanctuary where you can gently explore the places within yourself that may have been forgotten, silenced or left behind through years of caring for others, meeting expectations, surviving difficult experiences, or simply trying to be everything for everyone. Rather than asking you to become someone different, this journey invites you to come home to the woman you have always been.

The Journey
Day 1 – Arrival • Opening Circle • Cacao Ceremony
A gentle arrival into the field of connection. We begin with warm introductions and allowing everyone to settle into the space. Through cacao and sacred touch, the heart begins to soften and open, an invitation to land fully in your body and into the circle.
Day 2 – Voice • Movement • Ceremony • Integration
A day devoted to honouring the feminine and masculine within and around us. Through guided connection and shared presence, we explore the movement towards inner and outer union, meeting one another with openness and respect. As the day deepens, we come together in a held and intentional way, moving into a shamanic sacred ceremony that supports this integration and collective alignment.
Day 3 – Reflection • Integration • Closing Circle
A morning of sharing and gentle integration, creating space to reflect on what has unfolded. There is time to rest and be with your experience, before moving into a deeper afternoon immersion, held in the spirit of Mother Earth and sacred connection.
THROUGHOUT THE RETREAT WE WILL EXPLORE THE HEALING POWER OF THE VOICE WITH OUR AMAZING TEAM OF MUSICIANS.
There is something profoundly liberating about allowing our voices to rise together without judgement or performance. Through simple chants, songs and shared sound, many women rediscover joy, confidence and a deeper connection with themselves and one another. You do not need to be a singer. Only a willingness to be present. Alongside the moments of stillness and reflection, this retreat celebrates the medicine of joy. Through music, shared voices, laughter, creativity and the beauty of gathering together, we remember that healing is not only about releasing what is heavy, it is also about reclaiming our natural capacity for delight, playfulness and wholehearted aliveness. Together we create a space where every woman is invited to rediscover her own voice, not only through song, but through honest conversation, heartfelt sharing and the quiet confidence that arises when we know we are deeply seen, deeply accepted and deeply loved.
“PERMISSION TO EXPRESS THROUGH VOICE, TO FIND ONE’S VOICE.”
One of the central intentions of the retreat. Not just literally finding the voice. Finding the courage to say:
"This is who I am. This is what I feel."
"This is what I need. This is what I love.”
The intention is to create a deeply nourishing environment where every woman feels held with compassion, dignity and kindness. Together we will gently explore the patterns that so many women inherit across generations, the tendency to put others before ourselves, to silence our own needs, to become the peacemaker, the caregiver, the fixer, or the one who carries everything quietly.
Many of these ways of being were born from love, survival or the desire to belong. Yet over time they can leave us feeling disconnected from our own inner truth. Through gentle somatic practices, ceremony, meditation, prayer, music, nature, heartfelt conversation and sacred sisterhood, we begin to meet these forgotten parts of ourselves with tenderness instead of judgement. In my own life, a period of serious illness became an invitation to discover places within myself where I had unknowingly abandoned my own needs while trying to understand and care for others. That experience deepened my conviction that healing begins not through self-criticism, but through loving awareness
This retreat is an invitation to offer that same loving awareness to yourself.
The Intention
During our time together you will be invited to:
Deepen your relationship with your body and its innate wisdom.
Understand how stress, life experiences and inherited family patterns can shape the way we relate to ourselves.
Explore gentle practices that support emotional resilience and nervous system regulation.
Reconnect with your intuition, creativity and authentic voice.
Experience the restorative power of being witnessed by other women without comparison or expectation.
Discover practical tools that you can continue using long after the retreat has ended.
Remember that beneath every role you have played lives an authentic self that has never been broken.
Throughout the retreat, you will be supported by an experienced team of compassionate facilitators, including skilled somatic practitioners, whose presence and therapeutic touch offer an additional layer of care for those who wish to receive it.
Over these 3 days…
