THE WORLD WE ARE LIVING IN
We are living in a time where uncertainty is profoundly present. Across the world we are witnessing rising anxiety, depression, addiction, and deep emotional overwhelm. Many people feel under constant pressure, as if something unseen is moving through their lives in a destabilising way.
THE INTENSITY OF THE PATH
Even those who walk a spiritual path can feel this intensity. There can be a sense of being stretched, tested, or unsettled, as if something deeper is trying to emerge, yet without clear ground beneath it.
THE TEMPTATION OF DISTRACTION
In such times, the greatest temptation is distraction, turning outward rather than inward. Moving away from what is being asked of us, rather than learning how to meet it.
THE RETURN TO STILLNESS
Yet the ancient teachings remind us that true alignment comes through stillness. Not through effort or a pushing, but through quietening, listening, and allowing a deeper intelligence within life to reveal itself.

This is a four-week online journey. Each week includes a 3-hour live session with Rita, including discourse, meditation, and space for questions and integration.

Live attendance is not required. All sessions are recorded and shared the following day, so you can move through the material in your own time.
